Shipping

Shipping Services may be provided by Whistler Sports staff (for local addresses), Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, DHL, or any other courier company we deem would provide us with the lowest cost and/or fastest service.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping and handling costs after check out has been completed and orders placed. This may be necessary should the 'calculated shipping rate' be significantly different than the actual amount necessary to ship the items to you. 

Should such an adjustment be necessary, the customer may be notified by email, phone, and/or SMS to arrange for the additional payment (or a partial refund in cases a cheaper delivery method is available). Should the customer be unwilling to accept the top up shipping charges, he/she will be entitled to cancel their order and receive a full refund of the purchase price, taxes, and any shipping costs they may have paid for.

Should you feel you are being over-charged by the website's automated shipping calculator (particularly for small-sized and lightweight items), please feel free to email us at info@whistlersports.ca before placing your order. We can always forward you a customized invoice with the correct shipping charges based on actual package weights/dimensions via email which you can utilize in order to complete your purchase.
