Shipping Services may be provided by Whistler Sports staff (for local addresses), Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, DHL, or any other courier or mail company we deem appropriate that would provide us with the lowest cost and/or fastest service.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping and handling costs after check out has been completed and orders placed. This may be necessary should the 'calculated shipping rate' shown during the check out process be significantly different than the actual amount necessary to ship the items to you. 

Should such an adjustment be necessary, the customer may be notified by email, phone, and/or SMS to arrange for the additional payment (or a partial refund in cases where a cheaper delivery method is available). Should the customer be unwilling to accept the top up shipping charges, he/she will be entitled to cancel their order and receive a full refund of the purchase price, taxes, and any shipping costs they may have paid for.

Should you feel you are being over-charged by the website's automated shipping calculator, please feel free to email us at before placing your order. We can always quote you the actual shipping costs and forward you a customized invoice with the correct shipping charges based on actual package weights/dimensions via email which you can then utilize to pay for your order and complete your purchase.

We try to fulfill and send out orders as soon as possible, however, handling times may be extended by us for any reason, including but not limited to instances when an item in your order is out of stock, a large number of orders have been placed and there is a backlog of orders that need to be fulfilled, orders that have been flagged by the payment processor as suspicious for fraud, or for any other unforeseen reason. If you will absolutely need your order by a certain date, please contact us via chat or email and we will do our best to get you the items you need by the date you need them, although we cannot produce any guarantees.

Delays in the shipping or handling time either by us or the shipping companies are not a valid reason to request a refund of the shipping fees. 

Whistler Sports is not responsible for any delay caused for any reason by the shipping companies we hire to deliver your packages. 

PO Box addresses and Community Mailboxes within Canada:

Only Canada Post shipments will deliver to a PO Box or a community mailbox. Other courier companies will likely leave your package at your residential front door unless a signature confirmation is requested. We cannot be responsible if a package left at your front door is stolen or taken without your permission once it is delivered. If you have a community mailbox and would like your package sent via Canada Post so that it is left safely in your community or PO Box rather than your front porch, please indicate that to us via email or by leaving us a note during the check out process.

Signature Delivery Confirmation

A signature confirmation can be requested when Canada Post or select other couriers are hired to deliver your packages. Should you request this added service, we will send you an invoice for any additional charges if the shipping amount you have been charged is not sufficient to cover the total shipping charges. If no one is available to accept and sign for your package at the delivery address when a delivery attempt is made, a delivery attempt may be made by the courier at a later date or time at their discretion. Alternatively a note may left at your address indicating where and when you will be able to sign for and pick up your package. You will be responsible to pick up your package at the designated location in a timely manner, as any excessive delays may result in your package being sent back to us by the courier company. In such an event, you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred before your package is re-sent to you or any refund is issued.
